A:Absolutely not. Low price does not equal low quality. We primarily reduce costs by eliminating markups from intermediaries and brand premiums. All products meet export standards (such as U.S. FDA, EU CE, etc.) and come with quality inspection reports. We recommend new customers request samples first to confirm quality before placing orders.
3.Q:Can I get additional discounts for large orders?
A:Certainly. Although our minimum order quantity is low, when your order reaches a "full container load" level, we will recalculate shipping and labor costs and offer you tiered volume discounts.

A:For standard in-stock items, we follow a "no MOQ" policy—orders of just one piece are accepted and shipped directly. For customized products (e.g., logo printing), there may be a minimum order requirement.

* Standard custom orders: Production completed within 7–10 days after semi-finished goods are ready.
* Urgent rush orders: We accept rush processing, but a small surcharge applies.
7.Q:Do you offer door-to-door delivery service (DDP/DDU)?
A:Yes. We offer door-to-door service. Whether you're in the United States, Germany, or Japan, we handle the entire process—including export customs clearance, ocean/air freight, and destination port clearance—so you can simply wait at home for your delivery without worrying about complicated logistics documentation.
8.Q:What if delivery is delayed?
A:Our contract clearly includes a delay compensation clause. If the delay is due to our fault, we will deduct daily penalties or cover part of the shipping costs to protect your interests.
